While I do not have lupus, and cannot imagine that kind of pain, This is a perfect analogy of how I wake up and tackle every morning. Her thoughts on using spoons as an analogy with her friends and family is heartwarming, and I think I will send my family this video this holiday, or at least tell a (not nearly as wonderful) version of this to them when the “So hows your back?” questions come out of the woodwork.
