My fear of bread.

I’ve never made bread.

There I said it. Oh I’ve dabbled, I can make a batch of cinnamon rolls or pizza dough no problem but actual loaves of hot steaming bread? Never. Since blogging is also new I thought why-the-hell not; lets learn together!

Edit: First batch did not turn out so well. Beautiful pot of chipotle chili? Check. Pan of rock hard flour bricks…? Double-check. So I’m starting again this time with a bit more research behind me, and a great tutorial by The Reluctant Gourmet  Basic Bread Recipe I am ready to try again.
